Friends today our topic is on abdominal in short form (abs). Every boy want that his abdominal muscles looks clearly. So in this article I tell you about abs workout So that you can also make ABS at home,gym and anywhere.

To make ABS, you need to know which muscle is in ABS

Abs muscles are

•Upper abs 

•Lower abs 

•External obliques

•Internal obliques


    50% of boys not aware with side part of stomach called obliques. 

    With which he can make the front abs but cannot make the side abs. But side abs is also important as front abs.

    Part 1: Upper abs




    Exercises in which we lie on land and bench and perform our exercise these are exercise for our upper abs. To perform these exercise you can build your 6 pack abs.

    The exercises are 

    Crunchs





    How to do it

    Lie on land and flat bench and push your upper and try to go near the knee. Do 3 sets and reps as your capability. Your hand place on behind the neck

    How to do it

    Take a pushup position and then place your hand wrist to elbow on ground and take position seen in given picture. Do 3 sets and time as your capability

    Lower abs are also important for make 8 pack abs or 10 pack abs
    Lower abs exercise in which you lie on ground or a flat bench and turn your legs up it trains your lower abs.

    Lie on ground or a flat bench and kick up as shown in picture and do it with other leg it will train your 8 pack abs
